1. Data we process

When you choose to connect a social account using an available integration, Konveer may receive an account identifier, display name, avatar, granted permission scopes and OAuth access/refresh tokens. If authorized and supported by the platform, we may process content metadata, post status and analytics. We process the video files, titles, descriptions and schedules you submit to the service.

2. Purposes

We use this information to provide account connectivity, requested video publishing and scheduling, status reporting, troubleshooting, and protection against duplicate or unauthorized actions. We do not use social-login passwords and do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing and platform APIs

Content and relevant metadata are sent to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or other connected services only as necessary to complete a user-authorized action. Each third-party platform separately governs the data it processes under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

4. Storage and retention

Operational data is processed on infrastructure used for the Konveer service. We aim to restrict access to credentials and publishing data. Data is retained while necessary for the operation of an authorized integration, completion of queued tasks, error investigation and required records, and is deleted or de-identified when no longer necessary, subject to applicable obligations.

5. Your choices

You can disconnect a linked account through its platform authorization settings. To request access, correction or deletion of service data, contact am8544092@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you control the account before processing your request.

6. Website and logs

Our website may record standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamps for site security and reliability. The public website does not require creating an account or supplying social credentials.

7. Changes

We may update this notice as integrations and service functionality evolve; material changes will be reflected in this page and its effective date.
